Delivery
Flowers delivered by a Courier are available for delivery within mainland UK only. Vase not included unless otherwise stated. The delivery fee is from £5.50.
All next-day courier delivered gifts are dispatched from our central production facility and deliveries are normally made between 8am and 8pm. However, during busy periods, these delivery times may differ slightly, and we reserve the right to deliver between 7am and 9pm.
If standard delivery is chosen, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
We do not guarantee to be able to follow delivery instructions.

Seasonal availability of certain individual flowers may vary from those illustrated. Products ordered do not include a vase, flower basket or container, unless this is stated in the description.
Any requested delivery time is not guaranteed. Our florists may substitute flowers and sundries for a suitable alternative, similar in style, quality and value depending on availability.
